As the dawn broke on the stellar facilities at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson, Texas, it was looking like it was going to be a great day! And it was the weather was awesome! The event was awesome! I had the best time out there it was a great day!! I even bought a couple of T-Shirts!
Merv and his peeps ran a great event everything when off without a hitch, and the entire day was problem free!
I reset the Odometer on the POS Racer as I left the house and when I got home it showed 217 miles, it's only 76 Miles round trip to MSR, so we had about 140 Track Miles yesterday! All that for just $75.00, (Skweet!) We all ended up with 5 run sessions for the day!

You can't go fast without style

If you have never had the opportunity to run at Motorsport ranch you really don’t know what you’re missing! Keep posted to the calendar at dfwmiata.com if another focus / track day shows up we will let you know!
Between the unofficial "Miatas at the Ranch" days, Driver's Edge, and the many marque club events sponsored in the area, it shouldn't be hard for you to find a way to get out there. When you go, remember that your safety is not your only concern - everyone else depends on you to make good decisions about your driving and your car. If you have any doubts about the mechanical soundness of your car, make sure you have any issues addressed by a competent mechanic before you head out to the track.

I always thought it was Flyin' Miata... Maybe I was wrong and it's really Flamin' Miata.
