Water Pump, Round III

Last year, I bought an eBay timing belt kit. Started one day, had the car running the next night. A few months later, the eBay water pump failed, and having the old pump still on hand (anticipating the eBay failure possibility), I swapped it back, (took six hours,) and the old pump started making noises last month, and started leaking a few days ago. Today, I did the third water pump change since I've owned the car. It took me about five hours to do it today, so I guess I am getting better at it, regardless of what the numerous bruises, cuts, and abrasions indicate.
The replacement water pump was from Autozone, but looked exactly like the one I took out. (The eBay pump had a plastic impeller instead of a metal impeller.) I guess that means that the Autozone pumps can last quite a while, or they look exactly like pumps that can last quite a while.
Even though I drank a half gallon of liquids during the process, I managed to lose over 4 lbs between my wake-up shower (right before starting the job) and my clean-up-after-working-on-the-car shower. I've since re-hydrated, and now know to have a LOT of liquids handy the next time I have to do a timing belt/water pump.
