Car Shuddering

My car is doing a very bizarre thing and it only does it in two situations.

1) When I leave my parking lot at work I go down a slight incline and turn right onto the street. The car then hesitates, shudders/stutters and then everything turns off and then comes back on. It only happens when the car is cold.

2) When I go over bumps like railroad tracks it does the same thing except the car is now warmed up.

I do not get any codes when this happens.

I am stumped as to what it could be, don't know if it is electrical or some hose that is loose?

Any help would be appreciated!

Check/clean/tighten the ground wires/connections under the hood.

Check the battery connections and make sure it is secured.
