TCB special Tire Trailer $50

SOLD SOLD SOLD Small tire trailer, Coleman brand that I bought new in 1983. Clamshell type (think overgrown car top carrier, hinged on one side) and weatherproof.

It is about 38” clear wide inside (about 24” between the wheel wells), about 50” clear long inside, and 21” deep. It is designed to sit on its tail to store upright against a wall.

I used it for years and carried 4 tires similar sized to Miata, plus jack, tool box, chair, misc stuff. Stopped using it when I got Camaros.

Needs painting of the metal parts, the bearings serviced, and new tires (four wheels go with it).

There are scuff marks on the top and a small hole abraded in a non-critical area where it flipped on me during a high speed slalom run at Sebring in 1983. I used it for years afterward.

Located in Grapevine. Available on a first-come-to-get-it basis.

I must have missed something. Pulling a trailer in a slalom at Sebring?

drove up early on Sat to see my buddies setting up the practice course for a big deal Sunday only event on the backstraight section opposite the old pits, decided to run the practice course up to where they were, and oops

seemed like a good idea at the time
