A friend has a 94 Miata transmission in a Birkin, and due to a mis-alignment problem with engine/gearbox, has worn the splines on the input shaft
Anyone know who could replace that for him?
Swapping trannys is not an option due to modifications to the tranny case.
I just had the auto trans rebuilt in my F250 by Economy Transmission in McKinney they seemed to do a good job at a fair price. I only have about 500 mi. on it so far but it is working well.
Didn't TurboDuane just give away a parts transmission?
I wonder if it had a good shaft you could use.
