After 2 months, 10 days, and 5 hours, I finally got my new-to-me miata. 95R with 99k miles and hardtop. I bought it from RFC who seems to have crazy standards for his cars, because he told me it was very ugly and not a show car. Wow though, I can count the number of scratches on this car on one hand :D. The car was obviously loved by the previous owner. I love the DIY headrest speakers so far.
He showed me his 4 door garage with 3 low-mileage miatas, but too bad he didn't have his new LE when I was there. He even flushed my tranny/diff fluid for me the day before I picked it up and if anything breaks down, call him and he'll fix it or bring it to his shop w/lift and I can do the work myself. He's a very honest guy, I would do business with him again.
Pictures aren't great, since I took them randomly while I was getting new speakers installed. Car came with infinity kappas speakers...but with a kenwood deck with cassette/cd. Since the alarm was from '94 (I have the box), I think my stereo has to be a decade old too! Looking forward to autoxing and to a Wednesday meet since I don't work weekends now!!!!
Pics are big, so I didn't use /img. Style bar is off the car, finally. Notice my neighbor's black/black 96R in the BG also. It's going to be on sale very soon, and the car is actually like in 9/10 condition. It's very nice.
