been playing with the welder

Decided to get my welding table done. been working on it on and off for the last month.

Frame built:

Made the bottle holder for the welding gas

Had a custom top cut for it: 50x34x1/2 inch

Mounted the Top and test fit the plasma grate. There is a 2 inch over hang on 3 sides for clamping work pieces.

There will be a catch pan built below it. I can use the plasma torch to cut material over the grate and the pan will catch all the hot sparks and not blow them all over my garage.
