1.8 motor and 1.6 5sp tranny for sale

I'm having to put a new motor in the car and so I'm selling the one coming out of the car. I'm also getting the transmission that comes with the new motor to put in my car so I'm selling my old trans too. The motor is an early 1.8 and will need a bottom end rebuild. The head seems to be fine and even has new lifters in it. It will not come with the intake or exhaust since I'm using it on the new motor. I'm also selling the 5sp that came in my car. It's got 133k on it but still shifts good. The only real problem is that it has that weird gear meshing sound that alot of people have run into other than that I've not had any problems with it.

What EXACTLY is wrong in the bottom end?

think the crank is bad. Steven is working on it and heard it. Let me ask him or if you want to message him and ask he would probably tell ya. I know it was still running but was making alot of noise and the crank pulley was wobbling.

lol, yeah Steven is getting ready to do a transplant as soon as I pick up the heart tomorrow.
