It doesn't mean much to me but I imagine it's worth something to somebody.
Any idea what it's worth and what the best way to sell it is?

Well to the right person it's priceless, best of luck finding him.
Throw it on eBay and see who bites. I agree with Majik, though -- $22.99.
Also, you have nothing proving the authenticity of the signature. However, if you were going to fake a signature in order to increase something's value, then there are better names than Denny, so it really kind of validates itself.
You might see if you can find these guys at the upcoming TMS race... looks like they might give you $25, a pack of Marboro Reds and a couple of Natty Light tallboys. Then they'd fight over who gets to wear it first.
