Anyone with a positive experience with PDR? I have numerous small dents on my hood and deck lid. I've read (miata.net) conflicting stories about how effective it is on the aluminum hoods of Miata's.
Also, any info on costs and recommendations of shops would be great.
Just one name comes to mind, Glenn.
I'm sure someone has his contact info, as far as prices are conscerned, they are reasonable, the work, as I'm sure others will vouch, is great.
Depending on his work load and the extent of the damage, he can probably fit you in somewhere at a price that is hard to beat.

The issue is the talent of the person doing the work and the location of the dent. Glenn is straight up and sets your expectations if it's a challenging dent.
He's done hail repair and door dings on my cars for years. Big problem is meeting up with him as he stays really busy and travels to where the hail has hit. Last I checked he was up in Oklahoma but comes home on the weekends.
William; do you just call him and try set up a time? I feel a bit odd cold calling someone if thats his personal number......

What's that mean? He fixed all the hail dents on mine at the last party.
I would also be in for atleast one dent on the fendor of my car if he comes out to do a PDR party.
I have two dents, one is probably going to need other attention but I have one that can be removed.
Steve Baker did several of my Miatas (and several of our members' cars) and is coming back in town soon (like maybe this weekend) to take care of last night's hail damage on my '93 LE and four of my OTM cars that got hit ::Rant::. He does good work and was pretty reasonable. Give him a call. Not sure where he is going to set up this time. Last time it was in Hurst. 765-623-9039

I have some small door dings that need fixed. Please let me know if we are going to have a PDR party.

+1 I need a little PDR too. Lets try and get this PDR party to happen.
Glenn is way to busy right now. He's working 12 hour days everyday except Sunday which is his family time.

Yep many are interested and this Glenn the PDR Guru should be coming back around here soon because of the recent hail.
I have a nice one in the hood I need to have Glen fix, maybe we can sweeten the deal and give him a count of cars that need his magic
