Based on the door panels, I am going to say it is a 1.6.
No Texas inspection sticker on the car window and the area code is 562 believe that is Long Beach, California.

It helps with craigslist ads if you copy/paste the ad, not just the link. Ads get deleted and flagged way too quickly (except in Las Vegas where some bozo posts the same Miata five or six times a day and flagging makes no difference).
