SOLD Black leather stock seats
In November of 1999, I was in the Mazda dealership ordering a silver 2000 Miata with a hardtop and the leather package. The sales guy, motivated to sell the Emerald Mica sitting in his showroom, said, "Y'know, the only thing missing from that one is the leather seats." (He knew I preferred green, and that the silver was a concession to the wifey)
I bought the green 1999 PEP, and he sent it off to a local upholstery shop and ordered me a hardtop. When I picked up the car, the cloth seats had been re-shod with black leather - not just a few panels, the entire seat was covered, even the backs!
They're comfortable, they look great; they'll make your Miata look and smell like an English roadster. They've been sitting in my garage in case I ever needed to return my car to stock - it's been years, and I've no plans to return her to a daily driver. The OO86 is a weekend toy / track warrior, and I intend to keep her that way. But, I need the garage space.

Are they mint condition? No, they're ten years old, so they have a few minor flaws. Check the photos, then stop by GasHead Motorworks to examine them in person.
Is $350 a good price? Planet Miata is asking $400, plus shipping, and their seats have leather panels, not 100% covered in leather, so yeah, it's a real good price.
What's so big about leather? It looks cool, it smells cool, and chicks dig it.
