I found these old photos that I took at a car show back in the late eighties. It is a Ferrari dragster created by Bob Norwood. I also found this story about it. How about the size of that supercharger, huh?

My cousin actually works for Bob Norwood.
I know a few people who had some tuning done @ Norwood. Didn't know he was still around as I haven't heard much in a long time. That car gets mega bonus points for uniqueness.
The last I heard, Bob sold out a few years ago and moved to Minnesota, but I am not sure if that is still true.
Looks like jrj512 may actually be correct.

Mr. Kuhn still works at Norwood doesn't he??Quote:
Norwood Performance opened in February of 1999. Owner James Patterson purchased the business from Bob Norwood of Norwood Autocraft after working with Bob since 1983
Bob Norwood, that guy blew up my buddies turbo Miata trying to tune it....
Gorgeous. I can see gull wing fans screaming and yelling about the sacrifice.
I agree, but...

...the most important thing to say is this: Winter did not mangle a genuine 1956 Mercedes 300 SL to create this beast, and we can thank all the gods that be for that. He copied the body in fiberglass and placed it over a tube chassis, hiding a small block Chevy in front that's been bored out to 422 cubic inches.
