I'm working this week. It's VERY quiet here in the office, but I kinda like it. ::Cricket:
Corporate shutdown. Everyone takes a minimum of 4 PTO days for this week and whatever they want to wrap around that. They say it adds another penny to the stock price to reduce the liability that carrying all that PTO time gives.
I am working this week because I was off last week. This is the first time I have worked the week between Christmas and New Years in 9 years.

Took a business call this morning. The first thing the client said was, "Are you on vacation? Sorry"
Put in nearly 2 hours yesterday.:D
I'm only off on friday this week.
I'm off this week, but only because I have comp time to burn, and I put in the request to take it back in September.
Working today, forced vacation day tomorrow(::Rant:: ) and holiday on Friday.
on call, so my phone is turned off.
Working today. 75 was empty. Parking garage was empty. Got to practice my downhill racing in a suit.
Working Mon-Thurs. Seems most ppl are in the office here this week.

3 work days last week and 3 more this week. I don't have any vacation days left so I'm here along with a lot of recent hires who don't have any days either. If I was home, I'd have to work harder so I'm not complaining.
Going on call Friday. No patients scheduled for the office though. The office staff and technicians are off at noon Thursday.
Oh, lets see...going to be a full moon, newyears drunks, cold, slick roads, fireworks...should be a profitable week.
Off this week and last. Monday is going to be a rude awakening.
