is this worth it and will it include all parts necessary for a timing belt and accessory belt change...i plan to change the water pump which is included seeing as how i bought the car with nearly 90k miles on it.

It definitely has all the required parts and they are OEM which is a big plus....don't go cheap. ::2Cents::
great thanks :) thats all i needed to know. and yes, OEM is typically what i like to stick to and only go cheap when the OE part is less expensive one place than another. I went searching for water pumps and this kit already pays for itself in the price of the water pump. :)
No, they are aftermarket parts except for the Valve cover gasket.
It is good quality, though.
The VC was the big issue.
I would recommend this kit, and have had no issues with it.
That is, since they started including the OEM V/C gasket.

Typically Finishline is a good place to go for OEM parts. Reasonable prices and they've been at it (supporting Miata folks) a long time.
Nothing against Rogue at all but the timing belt job is really a good way to spend an afternoon if you do it yourself. One thing that will make it easier is the FM crank bolt tool: http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...umber=35-61000 There are other ways to get the job done too, but that tool makes it straightforward.
I believe TDR's fee is around $500 including parts and labor. We use an OEM VC gasket too.
