Tossed some 9/6 Flex under the '94.
...and yeah, long bolt was MUCH faster than the "stand on the control arm until you can get the shock out" method. Jeez. :punchout:
On that note, I'm gonna go stand under a ceiling fan for a while, now. That was a warm job.
BTW just yanked the front shocks out of my '94 this morning there is no need to loosen the sway bar mount.
