BEDS for HALLETT

As usual I book early several rooms at the Hampton Inn Sand Springs for the Hallett event. This is for Friday and Saturday night September 17 and 18. We have 7 rooms with double beds in each. Cost per room is $84 plus tax. Since it is pretty much all guys going you can tell me who you want to bunk with and I will post the list. If you can not go after you agreed, you need to sell your bed or pay the difference to the person who was expecting to cut his cost in half by sharing a room with you.

I am cancelling the other two rooms today so if you need one call the hotel. See everyone there who is coming.

Is that $84 per night? If so, I need someone to share a room with me for Friday and Saturday night.

I have a reservation at the Best Western that I am not going to use. I plan on canceling it on the 14th if no one needs the room.

Thanks for the offer but I'd prefer to split a room with someone, it will be tight going on the trip as it is.

i left Gary a VM on his cell. i want to guarantee the room at the hampton inn before i cancel the best western reservation
