I sent Connie @ Hallett an email about reserving a raceport like we had last year. If anyone is interested in splitting one, please send me a PM. I'd prefer folks that would be in for both days. Not sure what the rate will be this year, but last year it was $150 for both days - which can be split up to four ways (~$38/ea).

Just heard back from Connie and it looks like I got the last full raceport - 21/22. Unit 20 is still available if anyone wants to get a half-port.

Buncha eager beavers this year... Last year I didn't call till after Sept 1 and I still got pick of the litter. Pffft.
Looks like mine is already full and Nails has snagged #20. Y'all might want to PM him about his other spot. But this means we'll have two adjacent ports that we can connect with a tarp... Party Central.
Nails if your not full up yet i'll take that spot...if not I call dibs on the tarp area in between!!
How big a tarp is needed?
Big enough to shade a spot two cars wide by two cars long - 16x20? A couple of poles with tent stakes might be useful to prop the thing up in the middle. And you'll need rope...

Ok I just got off the phone with Trickyrix and here's the plan. Trickyrix and three people sharing his raceport will divide that cost four ways amongst themselves. I got 2 spots in 20 and will bring a tarp to tie up between the ports. Theoretically, that should be six spots which I'll divide my 75 cost equally amongst whomever parks with me. Motorollow, Black Roadster, and NC Eunos have expressed interest. I'll give concrete priority to anyone in my group that needs to make repairs obviously but otherwise we'll just rotate the parking which tends to happen anyway since we drive at different times.
I also spoke with Connie too. I did get the last port available in that grouping behind the Bitch. But there are more ports left for those that want them. Seems the Arkansas guys haven't confirmed their usual spots yet and she has no way to get in contact with them. So here's what's left:
23-25 which are further down the lane from us toward turn 2.
Port 9/10 which is the single port right next to the grid.
And garages D & E which cost the same as a port.
