I changed the pads a rotors on the 99 and took the car out to bed the brakes and the left rear rotor does not look like it is being worn by the pad. I tried readjusting the piston with the adjuster screw but that did not seem to make a difference. What should I be checking?
You bleed the lines?
How did you adjust the screw? Also make sure the caliper is slidiing on the pins properly.

How do I make sure it's sliding? Just get someone to press the pedal and watch?
I adjusted the screw by tightening it until I saw the pad contact the rotor and then backed it off about 1/3 of a turn.
Did you clean and re-lube the pin(s) when you had the caliper(s) off?
Yes, but I might as well do it again.
Definately bleed the caliper. You might have a clogged flex line, which would show up with an attempt to bleed that corner.
I tried bleeding the line and fluid came out just fine. I also tried spinning the wheel while it was up in the air and had my wife press the brake. The wheel stopped. However, the rotor is still not showing signs of wear after more attempts to bed the brakes. Scratching my head here...
At this point my suspiscions are on the caliper itself. Is there any chance the piston travel is being impeded? You'd probably need to disassemble the caliper to answer that, but I don't know what else to suggest at the moment.
