When i first bought my miata filling up my gas tank was around $22-25, I just filled up yesterday and paid 2.99/Gallon and my total was 32.10 for 10.7 Gallons

I'm right there with ya! Just be glad you don't need 93 octane like me. I've been paying close to 3.40/gal! ::Censor::
Just be glad you don't get 15mpg on 93 octane. High fuel prices + winter reformulated gas + rotary = sucky cost per mile. :-/

Price is going up because the Trans Alaska pipeline had to be shut down to repair a leak in the #1 pump station at Prudoe Bay. Its back to capacity now using a shunt around the damaged area but they will have to shut is down again after the repair is made to remove the bypass.
*1 here. Unfortunately, that only gives me 3/4 of a tank on my truck.
Gas at Costco is still right at 3 bucks for 93 octane.
Gas is $1.09 in Toronto.
But that is per liter of course.
