True. But I was also hoping for some first-hand experiences, both good and bad.
Check with Mike Jensen. He is a pe who specializes in this. He can review your home without selling you anything. he will prepare a complete report that you can then send to a few companies to get pricing. there is a cost for his service, but its worth it to be able to have someone independent of the repair folks propose a solution to fix the problem, not sell piers.
