The 99' died on me a couple of times after starting it and shutting it off 4-5 times while working on it. Now it’s started loosing a charge pretty quickly. After an all night charge, I put the volt meter on it and with it running it was at 14.5 volts, turned on the lights, radio, heater, and it stayed about the same, maybe raised a bit, IIRC that means the alternator is doing its thing leaving the battery as the problem. Does that sound about right? It's a WestCo.
Did you check the fuses? I had a similar problem on my old Toyota. Checked the fuses, found the broken one, replaced it, never had a problem again.
Just an FYI - When I got that car in September of 2005 the previous owner had mentioned he had to replace the battery. So that battery is at least 6 years old.
I think the following is still the TCB champ on a AGM battery I put one in our '02 works great!

Morning POS, I was going to give you a call today with that question. I was not sure how old it was. (I can return the bottle of Frog sun tan lotion that was behind the battery if you want)
I did put a new steering wheel on and found last night I have lost the horn, so I will be going through the fuses. I'm going to run around for an hour or two and check the battery again.
I would check to see if their was a warranty with the car when you bought it.
