Home Depot or Lowe's will have it. Cheaper at your local steel supply yard, but you may have to be a bigger sheet from them.
Jeff and I bought large cutoffs from the scrap pile at Trident Metals. I think we paid around $100 for a 1/4 thick piece that was 48x66" including some cuts and breaks.
I HIGHLY recommend them. The sales and service guys were great even for our little pidly job (most jobs leave in 18 wheelers). And they have a wide variety of stock.

McMaster Carr is sometimes less expensive than Trident on Aluminum. Check out mcmaster.com under Raw materials. 6061 is industrial grade and should be good enough for baffleing. 2024 is aircraft aluminum, but costs quite a bit more generally. Both will bend about the same. 0.063" thick would probably be what I would make the box out of.
If you're looking for thin sheet, try Smiley's dirt track race shop. They use it for making body skins and have it priced pretty reasonably. You might have to buy a whole sheet though...
