hose clamps

Would it be a good idea to use hose clamps different than OEM on silicone hoses?
If so, what kind? Google isn't helping me too much.

T-Bolt Clamps are the best you can get and are used on thing like intercooler couplers. for what you are looking for get some worm gear clamps that have a anti cut shield. tdr has some, not sure what the brand is.

TDR uses breeze clamps. Very good for a shielded clamp.
