FYI 90-93 cat is different than 94-97 and NB is welded into mid-pipe.
You might want to diagnose the problem before putting on another cat. A bad O2 will foul a cat pretty quickly. Pull any engine codes and let us know your emissions readings. That might help diagnose the problem.
