Job opening in Tyler for insane.

Yep, got to be crazy to work here. I friggin quit. I have been commuting 220 miles, working Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays, only taken 5 days vacation the past 2.5 years due to increaseed responsibilities from 2 employees quiting last year. Yep, doing my job and 2 other peoples. How many times have I had to cover a on call when it wasn't my turn...I can't count. Increased compensation or gratitude...$0. I asked the office manager/secretary about my acrued vacation and sickdays a week ago. Did not receive a reply but was told she would get to it, she was busy updating facebook. Today I followed up and she told me she didn't know because I came in 10 minutes late last Friday and needed to take that out of my vacation or sick time, she didn't know which to charge it too! What the F***! So 12 hours Sat, 12 hours Sun, 3 additional evening hours Mon-Fri counts for S***? The fact I didn't get to leave the ICU until 10pm and then drove 2.5 hours home to get 4 hours sleep because I was doing a halo at the hospital for a neuro surgeon counts for....? not even 10 minutes?
Not suppose to start back at the new company until Aug. The owner told me today if I wanted I could start this afternoon.

WTH! as I posted this another practitioner just put 2 week notice in.

Hmm I used to think the same thing working at the railroad till I got laid off and had to file bankruptcy to keep all the things I worked so hard for...but honestly that job don't sound like crap compared to the railroad...hell I was on a extraboard for 6 years of my life never knowing when I had to work till I get my 2 hour call to be at work...that might be at 4 in The afternoon or 2 in the morning u never know...u get the call and u better be at work on the clock in 2 hours...now I wish I still had The job more than anything :(
