NTAXS Policy Change for Registration Cancellation

The North Texas Autocross Series (NTAXS) has updated our policy regarding registration cancellation. It now reads as follows:

Refunds or carry-overs are only granted if the registration is cancelled prior to registration closing or if the event is cancelled by the organizers.

This is required because once we are committed to the site, then we have to pay for the venue rental regardless if participants attend or not. With such tight margins, we cannot afford to refund or carryover registration fees in the event that the conditions are less than ideal on the day of the event.
