Just wanted to say HI so my first post will not be to ask one of the many questions that get asked every year.
Bought a 99 from a friend about 4 weeks ago at an awesome price. Picked it up last weekend and gotta say I'm very happy, never been in a Miata before and was surprised at how much fun it is to drive.
It's all stock, I hope to fix the passenger power window and install new speakers this weekend, then find out where the small oil leak is from and might try to fix that.
Now I can start asking all my questions :) like how to embed a photo! That's a problem for another day.

It's not as nice as in the pictures but it's not bad.
We moved to Haslett about 2 weeks ago, guess I should setup my profile.
It's got around 144,000 miles and the guy before me took it to the dealer everytime it needed work.
He told me it will need a cat and o2 sensor, the dealer cleared the CEL and so far it hasn't came back on.
So I started pricing a midpipe, then I wanted a cat back and a header, then a super charger ... Wait! this cheap car could get expensive fast.

I'm in Haslet once in a while, near Sendera Ranch.
If you see a red 99 with a black trunk and black front lip, that's my other car. My little brother drives it.

Got the window and speakers fixed now i need to learn how to shift.
