1.6 with A/C no P/S in case it matters
Is the AC compressor clutch pulley tweaked, or is that an illusion?
it was an illusion, lol i had to go run down and check it to make sure it was straight
Same thing happened to me. I think I ordered one from AZ or O'R.
It's the idler pulley right? Going to get one from autozone now
Found the left over pulley pieces on the street where I heard the clanking

Be careful going to AutoZone for the belt. I just ditched my PS this last go-round of changes, and went there to get a belt. Asked for a Gates belt for a 1.6 with AC and no PS. The belt they gave me is a good foot too long :( Even too long if I still had the PS stuff in there. So if you have your old belt, you might want to snag the number from it just so you don't run into that problem.
^Also, in my experience napa's belts were $10 cheaper than oreileys.
How is that even possible? ha My Gates belt was $18.99. And I got it from O'Reilly (just dug up the receipt...think they'll take it back if I bought it 11/28/10? Only touched the car for literally 3 seconds to see that it was far too long). I highly doubt Napa has a Gates for $8.99??
Can't remember the brand, think it was napa house brand, but yea they were both 8.99. I usually trust napas house stuff.
