Wouldn't you want to pull the frame out of the car making the roll-bar less of an issue??

I haven't got a new top yet. My rear window is cracking all down both sides. I replaced the window a few years ago, by gluing in a new one onto the old top, and I don't think I can replace just the window again. I'm thinking about replacing just the rear window zip-in section and am afraid that I may have to remove the roll bar to get the top off.
Not a problem if you have the correct tools!

I replaced my top and I have the HDHCDDHT roll bar. Remove the frame from the car.
I think you can replace the window again and it will work. I used clear vinyl from a fabric store, cleaned the top with acetone (carefully and quickly), and layed it flat with creative "heavy stuff" to put pressure on the "marine sealant "glue I picked up at Lowe's. Then, I went back around and sealed it up with silicone out of a caulking gun. That window worked well for about 5 years, I believe it's still working in Quan's mom's ride. The only thing I'd change is using tinted vinyl instead.Quote:

As someone who does this for a living, I will agree with everyone else. Remove the frame. Much easier than removing a roll bar. Besides, if you remove a roll bar it's probably a good idea to replace all the bolts.
That being said, if you go to the trouble of pulling the top and frame, might as well put a new top and rain rail on.
