cloudflare security warning with captcha?

At a client (on TW Telecom backbone) and I've started to get "Access Denied" messages from Cloudflare that require me to put a captcha in in order to access the site...

Weird.

I got that yesterday from the office, but not today.

I got it today at work, DISD school.

Indicates a computer at the same ip has a virus/malware... Or so they tell me.

I'm sure that natted behind a firewall with 200 IE users that there are a few infected PCs... just hate doing captchas.
