I believe he bought a 17" TDR Ultra Shield Rally Sport. It's a "big boy seat". We'd recommend a 16" seat for a 36" waist.

14" or 15" I'm a 34" waist and use a 15" Ultrashield. 14" is to tight and 16" is too wide for me.
