Credit Card Hacked

I received a call this morning to confirm a attempted purchase on my credit union credit card. Someone was bright enough to get my number, but dumb enough to use it in Milnertown, South Africa. Last night they tried to charge $9.58, it was denied and now my new cards are on the way.

Kudos to my watchdogs.

That happened to me a few years back. Somebody tried to buy plane tickets to Australia or something. The first time I used my new card, the credit card company called me as I was walking out the door of Lowes to confirm my purchase there.
