Call 800-222-5500, Mazda North America Customer Service.
Note: That car is 15 years old. Unless it's been owned by the same person the whole time and you trust them, there is a possiblity that the rear-end has been swapped. Not a high probability, mind you, just a possibility.
The C Package designation ended in '94. But looking at the spotter's guide, if it has Cruise/Power Antenna/Headrest Speakers it has at least the Popular Equipment Package which included the LSD. If it has leather it has the PEP and LSD.

I thought all of c packages had LSD. Mine has LSD but it also has leather.
Well it's deff the blue color!!! But it's a 97...the interior looks just like that m with the leather and all options, so I'm going to assume it has the LSD till I call and see Forsure, should be a fast track car when I'm done with it..
Good stuff here :

In 97 they offered and STO package that was blue and DID NOT come with an LSD. It is a darker blue than the 94M.
Not really looks like the 94m blue,
It could have ABS which would be a plus
It does have ABS!!! Im picking it up next Friday, so u guess will start seeing me in 2 Miatas I'll just swap between the 2 on race days!
Titus has two cars, but he doesn't take them to the track! :)
