How much does a 1.8 engine/trans go for?

Planning on doing a motor swap, and was wondering how much a 1.8L engine and 5spd out of a 97/w 122k is worth?

Trying to decide weather to keep it, sell it, or trade it for some of the fab work needed to do the swap.

I will also not be needing my MSPNP, so that I might also be needing to sell.

I would guess around $500 for both? That is what I have seen. About $300 for the engine and $200 for the transmission. If you do sell the MSPNP let me know. I might be interested.
