FS: 99 long block ~ debating on selling or building it

First things first, CONSIDERING selling my 99 long block I have in the shed. Comes complete but the head is off as of right now. Comes with the intake, fuel rail, alternator, valve cover, clutch/PP/flywheel, basically the only thing missing is the crank sensor for the valve cover. Will be great for a complete rebuild which I haven't decide if I want to shell out the money or not to do so, kinda need some money for my dirt track car.

Was the motor running when you took it apart? Mileage & condition of all parts or is this considered a core for rebuilding?
