Newbie in McKinney
Hey everyone!
I've been a member over at CR.net for a while but was wondering (hoping) to stumble upon/find a local forum for Miatas.
Voila! I've found one! Here I am, I recently (1 month ago) got my first miata. She;s a red on red, 1991 NA 6 with hardtop.
Anyways, how active is the forum usually?
I'm definitely looking for some other NA owners to meet/chat with.
I'm new to the Car scene in general, so will be learning a lot of stuff for the first time.

Define active forum. Do you mean a lot of posts? This is an active forum.
Do you mean threads are like herding cats? This is an active forum.
Do you mean lots of get togethers? This is an active forum. Regular Wednesday meets at Keller's on Northwest Highway, autocrosses several times a month.
The forum membership is very eclectic, I'm sure you will find some like minded Miata enthusiast.

Yay!, another North Dallas person.
Forum covers a lot of ground from top of Collin County to bottom of Tarrant county--I'll bet there's 2 hours of driving spreading out our little group of forum contributors.

@Cone: All of those are appropriate definitions of active. So thanks for answering my question! I had no idea about the weekly meets at Keller's, very cool! I was hoping to find a local forum/group to get some real life exposure.
