As a FYI, if you have a later car this may not fit directly as I learned the hard way. The early cars and later cars have two different setups for the seatbelt receiver end. On the early cars it's bolted to the trans tunnel, on the newer cars it's bolted to the seat rail. Rob and I had a a fun project of completely dissaembling two seats to move the foam/cover from a 90 seat to a 97 seat rail.
