anyone know any shops that do good tint jobs and how much was it if you got it done? windows + Hard top. got quoted 140 at a place by my house. its either 1 year warranty or lifetime warranty. guy just wrote 139 + lifetime on back of a business card lol I could probably try to haggle down more since he dropped from 169 to 139 as i was walking out the door. http://tintshopdfw.com/
The only place I've used (not on a Miata) is Earmark. Great 3M product, excellent install...but damn pricey.
Another place a block away from home recently quoted me $100. That was if we got the girlfriend's 3 tinted at the same time, granted, but that was going to be another 180 or so. Not bad for metallized film.

I used Frisco tint and mine came out great. Don't remember what I paid.
I must reiterate my vocal support for Altamere in Plano... Didn't even blink when I brought my car in to have tint reinstalled after some low-life popped my driver side window in search of goodies. Wouldn't take a cent from me... I've also been thrilled with their ceramic tint. My GPS and cell phone still work great, and it REALLY blocks the heat.
Pitches window tint on Harry Hines has been around forever..............good reputation.
i use a guy in Mckinney that does all of the local new car dealers... $60 for the rear window of my soft top.
