Looking for valve cover for my 95 1.8 that will allow cam gears to be exposed. I searched on Google and wasn't entirely clear on what years protege or capri and which has correct location for lines. I see in classifieds had a red one for sale but that's long gone. Appreciate any help

no capri's, i think those are only for 1.6

The 1.8 of the Miata was in 1990-1994 Protege LX only. DX had a 1.6. The other vehicle was the Ford Escort GT from around the same years, Other Escorts trim levels sported an anemic 1.9 Ford motor. There may be a Kia (Sephia?) that used the 1.8 but I don't know.

The Protege valve covers are way more pretty than a cut down stocker.

Check the clubroadster board for one. They usually have a few for sale on there.
