I'm looking to get a high-res .jpg photo enlarged to poster size. Maybe 18x24 to 20x30 and also want it framed.
Any recommendations to get this done at TCB prices?

How hi res are we talking? I have a plotter and can print it for you, but its not photo quality paper.
The photo I have is 5184x3456 and I'd like to blow it up to a poster size of 18"x24" or maybe larger. Looking for glossy print that's photo quality. Ideally I'd like to have it framed but I've seen online the price skyrockets when it's framed.
If you're going with a standard size, why not frame it yourself? You can either pick up a ready-made frame at a hobby store, or take it to a custom framer and have it done exactly like you want it.
Also, one of the cheaper framing places I've found over the years is an art gallery in Farmers Branch - Southwest Galleries. They're consistently cheaper than hobby houses like Michael's, and they're one hell of a lot better. I don't trust anyone else with any artwork I value. I have my great-grandfather's original high school diploma from the early 1910s, printed on a real sheepskin, and SW Gallery didn't bat an eye - they knew exactly how to handle it.
18x24 - $20
20x30 - $25
Any photo editing + I'll bring it half way to you, minus frame, 2-4 day turn around. I would suggest Garden Ridge for a large frame.
That size scales to 20x30 perfectly, however, it scales to 16x24 instead of 18.
I have done posters at Walmart and got cheap frames off the shelf there for cheap.
