I've had a problem with losing coolant and low compression in the motor.
after tear-down today I've found that the cylinder head is cracked.

Anyone got a 1.6L cylinder head available?
I'm trying to get my daily driver back running.

You can get a complete low mileage 1.6 motor for $500 at JDM engine exchange in richardson.
modernbeat bought one awhile back from me. PM him and see what he wants for it.

I have a spare 1.6 , from a deal on a pair of chassis that I bought 2 weeks ago.
I've heard that the automatic motors have less power, and are using smaller cam specs.
So, I might swap in the cams from my 5speed motor when I'm ready to replace the timing belt/waterpump.
