I built one for myself a few years ago to get more elbow room with a race seat... it is cut off behind the power window switches, looks stock complete with the trim around the shift boot.
Any interest?

this is my prototype, so it has extra mounting bosses that I added but didn't end up using, and it has a hole for my radar detectors switch.
