What is the SCCA rules on Tire width? I know you can increase the Rim Diameter by one inch but not the width. If a car runs 245/40/19 can they run a 265/35/19 as long as that tire still fits on the original rim?

For Street(former Stock), there is no restriction on tire size, so long as it fits the required rim options. For Street Touring, the tire and wheel sizes are specifically listed in each class and drive configuration.
For your specific question, the answer is yes.
Excellent ... Thank You!
Food for thought...going *too* wide on a street tire can be detrimental to performance.
