New soft top suggestion!
Hey guys
This is my first post on this site, didn't know there was a forum for us DFW folk. Anyways I'm in the market for a new soft top as my old one just won't hold tape anymore:(…I need a soft top with plastic window due to the hard dog roll bar i am installing. What are some affordable brands and where is a trustworthy place in North/East Dallas to get it installed..Thanks for any help and suggestions!:drive:

Order the top they recommend, as they've installed plenty. or buy one and do it yourself, or host a day to have some of us come help. It's been a long time
since I've done one, but it is doable.

I got an E-bay top with a glass window for cheap. It's held up really well (been on the car about 8 years). Works fine with the M2 HDHCSD.

I installed the Robbins Streamline top on my last car. It's not a terribly difficult job. My best suggestion is to do it on a warm day so the top is pliable. I didn't keep the car long afterward so I can't comment on longevity. The only concern I had with it is the lack of a zipper -- over the longrun, I'm not sure how well the window would hold up.
I was pleased enough with the top to go with a Robbins Sunfast top for my current car. I have the top in the garage but haven't installed it yet.
