I've seen their track day ads in major magazines so I went to their site.
Don't know if they have run Texas tracks before, but they are this year
Miatas don't have to have cages like in BMW
and they advertise that they have small run groups and that you get lots of track time
I've entered the MSR-H event in May and plan to enter TWS in August (before the track becomes a housing development)
and COTA in November is a must -- after running there with BMW, I've got to go back

Anybody know the requirements for a Miata at this COTA event? I have a rollbar, but I am too tall for the broomstick test. I tried Google, but no luck.
It appears that each event has a specific requirement that can only be viewed once registration is open (not till June 2 for COTA)Quote:

I worked with Jason at COTA recently for the Ride-Drive-Give charity event. I've emailed him for a response on COTA convertible rules.
According to Jason, cars with factory rollover protection (Boxster, S2000, etc) are fine for COTA.
Open cars that do not come with factory rollover protection must have a minimum 4 point aftermarket bar.
