Wanted: Damaged Front Bumper Cover

I am hoping one of y'all might have a front bumper cover with some damage to the front, center (where the license plate often dents them) that you'd like to just get rid of (or would sell for a very small fee). This is for the rally build for my youngest son's '90 NA.

No bumper, sorry. Question: are you attaching the rally hardtop with regular latches or using spec miata brackets?

We aren't going to race it, so we're just doing stock latches for now. I do have access to a set of jass (?) plates though.
