Looks like Staples Promo Products might be the winner. They are one of the proverbial 600# gorillas and they get them < $1 shipped with a 2 color logo. and there's a coupon!
I used Custom Ink dot com before and it was a painless process.
Cafe Press does T-shirts & Hats, I think I've seen mugs there too. You might check them out.
Thanks guys... most of those are one off and they're like $10-15 each... but I need at least 20.
I ended up ordering from staples promo products. ~$65 for 72 mugs printed with two colors with shipping included (tax likely to be added). That's really, really cheap.
