Selling the motor from a 123K mile 2000 SE, in excellent condition. Have video of running engine, drove it to Kellers last month too. Willing to negotiate delivery for nominal costs. Have numerous service records from the original owner. Great compression, clean, no leaks aside from slight drip at rear main seal like EVERY miata ever. :) I can install a fresh main seal for the buyer if you provide it, no charge.
Asking $1000 for motor as a long block, some extras included.
Bet there's some Spec Miata guys who'd buy the head.
That's definitely one possibility. Motor runs so well that I hate to tear it apart.
I have been out of the loop for awhile, but is this the wrecked 2000 SE you were going to rebuild?

That is indeed a shame. It was a pretty car and the damage looked to be minimal.
