How to fix my window....

I know its been a while since I raise my ugly head:) After letting my son in law (not monkey) borrow green for about a year he finally returned it yesterday. The only thing wrong, less the milage is that the drivers side window is not working. I cleaned the switch two different time. still no workie. Is there a way to check the voltage or amps across the switch to see it the motor is bad. year 1991 Cheers

Hey stranger!

You could cross wire the switch and see if the trouble follows. Since you cleaned it, I'd bet on the window motor itself.

Ive got a spare motor/regulator if it ends up being bad.
